Work Experience
Designing and building a community-garden balloting system backed by the People's Association; shipping secure, maintainable React/Next.js code; integrating government workflows and CI/CD; deploying on AWS (GCC).
Partnered with CSA/TiG to run national cybersecurity events (CCTF 2025; WorldSkills Singapore); led outreach reaching 13,650 youths; founded and led a competitive CTF team; volunteered at national CTFs.
